We do two rooms: the one you cook in, and the bathrooms that go with it. In-house crews on cabinets and counters rather than a rotating cast of subcontractors.
One project manager per job, a written line-item estimate, and fixed start dates we hold.
The estimate is the promise
Most complaints about renovation contractors come down to two things: a number that moved, and a schedule nobody updated. We write estimates line by line after a measured site visit, separating cabinets, counters, labor and permits, so you can see what each part costs and decide what to change. Anyone who will not break those out separately is hiding something.
When scope genuinely changes, and on sixty-year-old houses it sometimes does, it is a written change order you approve before work continues. Nothing appears on an invoice you have not already seen.
The schedule works the same way. You get a written one at contract and an updated look-ahead each week naming which trade is on site which day.

The standard we build to
The finish standard in our area is set by the resort trade: the fourth-largest concentration of AAA Five-Diamond resorts in the United States sits inside our service radius. That is the level of finish our clients have seen and the level we build to.
It also shapes how we work in an occupied house. Dust barriers go up first, the site gets cleaned daily, floors and access routes are protected, and crews park where you tell them to.
What we do not do
We do not do roofing, solar, pools or whole-house builds. We do not chase work outside our radius because the calendar is thin. And we do not quote a price over the phone, because a number given without a measure is a number that changes, which is the thing everybody complains about afterward.

How the work runs

Free in-home estimate
We measure, photograph and talk budget honestly before anyone signs anything.

Design and 3D rendering
You see the finished room before demolition, with a written spec and selection list.
- 03
Permits and ordering
We pull the city permits and lock in cabinet and slab lead times up front.
- 04
Demolition and rough-in
Dust containment goes up first. Electrical, plumbing and framing follow.
- 05
Cabinets, template, installation
Boxes are set first, then the slab is templated to the installed cabinets, never before.
- 06
Finish and punch
Backsplash, hardware, trim, then a walkthrough and a written punch list.
