What we collect
When you submit the estimate form or call us we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about the project. If you become a client we also hold the project address and the records associated with the work.
Our website records standard technical information through analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring site. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you individually.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, carry out work you have contracted us for, and meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed contractor. We may contact you about your enquiry or your project. We do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We share it only with subcontractors and suppliers who need it to perform work on your project, with the permitting authority where a permit requires it, and where the law requires disclosure.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry records while they are commercially relevant, and project records for the period required of a licensed contractor. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
